Siyathokoza Primary School was established in 1998 by the community members with only two determined educators. Mrs N.A.N Shinga was appointed as the school Manager in the year 2000. In 2004 ABET classes were formed under the supervision of the late Mr Ntshele, and in 2005 the school was extended with two more classes. The school has since developed into 4 classrooms with the Pricipall's oofcice currently operating in grade 3 leanders class.
The school has grades R to 7, with the capacity to take on 211 learners. Being in a rural community has its challenges and one of them is that we are surrounded by the poorest of the poor, thus the government has rendered us as a non-school fee paying school. We have been assisted by the national school’s nutrition programme to keep our leaners fed during school hours. Mrs N.A Hadebe was appointed as the school principal since 2011 to date. The school need more classes as currently other grades are combined.
To maintain a culture of teaching.
To create a happy safe and dynamic learning environment.
To inculcate an acceptable value system equipping leaners with appropriate life skills.
To lead pupils to think critically and work independently.
To utilize all resources for the full development of the child.
To provide the best possible tuition to discerning students in the education fields.
